This course is designed to provide the practising designer with a broad understanding of the issues affecting the management of Major Design projects.
At the completion of this course students will have been given the opportunity to:
- Develop an understanding of strategies, as applied to design project management
- Investigate the theory and practice of design project development, strategic planning and analysis. Use forecasting, benchmarking and other analytical tools.
